About the Pensacola Food Fight Fun Run
The course stays entirely within the fenced equestrian grounds, so there are no streets or traffic to deal with. The shorter loop is stroller-friendly; the longer one takes in more of the property. Nothing is timed and nobody is racing. The whole point is the costume, and groups tend to show up in coordinated food themes that make for good photos at the start.
Bib pickup runs on weekday afternoons during the week before the event at a downtown location, with a will-call option on-site the morning of the run. Gates open early, and the organizers suggest arriving with enough time to park, get into costume, and make it to a group photo before the route overview. Parking is free and on the grounds. Cold mornings are likely, so layer under the costume.
