About the Parkview Christian Academy Annual Turkey Trot
This is a Thanksgiving morning race that starts and finishes at Parkview Christian Academy, a school campus on the east side of Yorkville. It fits neatly before the holiday meal, and the event draws families running together before they sit down at the table. Dogs are asked to stay home.
Packet pickup runs the evening before the race at the same campus where the event is held, with race-morning pickup available as well. Food, drinks, and music are on hand after you finish. Age group awards go deep across the field, and overall prizes go to the top male, female, and youth finishers.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Parkview Christian Academy Annual Turkey Trot has been held every year since at least 2023. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
