About the Park to Park 13.1M // 10K // 1K

The course runs through the middle of Sulphur, passing a cultural center, a hospital, and a historic city courthouse before looping back to Heritage Square, where the start and finish lines sit. The route is on roads throughout, so expect pavement the whole way. The race was started by a small group of local runners and has long supported the Sulphur High School track and cross country programs.

Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at Heritage Square, the same spot where the race starts and finishes. Race-morning pickup is also available, with an earlier window for the longer distances. Parking is spread across a few nearby lots, including one at the cultural center and another on Cypress Street; the organizers ask runners to carpool and to avoid parking on the surrounding residential streets.
