About the Park Ridge Santa Stroll 5k - Stroll Mile - Jingle Jog
The course runs through the streets of Park Ridge, with participants wearing Santa hats throughout. Younger kids take on a short block-level route in reindeer antlers and a red nose, while the full distance covers more ground on road. The race raises money for a local nonprofit focused on people with developmental disabilities.
Packet pickup happens race morning at Centennial Park, where the route also starts. Later that same day, a Christmas Stroll takes over Uptown Park Ridge, so the neighborhood stays busy well into the afternoon if you want to stick around after you finish.
