About the Overdose Lifeline Outpacing the Stigma 5K Run/Walk
The course starts near the Butler University campus and winds through it, passing gardens before turning onto a towpath along a canal. The terrain is gentle enough that people push hard for a fast finish, but the surroundings make it easy to settle in and just look around. Fall color along that stretch can be striking.
Packet pickup happens the morning of the race at the starting location, with a window that closes before the gun. On-site parking is free and first come, first served; if the lot fills, there is overflow parking a short walk away.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Overdose Lifeline Outpacing the Stigma 5K Run/Walk has been held every year since at least 2021. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
