About the One Hour Track Run
The course is a high school track, flat and measurable in a way most road races are not. You run loops for a full hour, which means the field stays visible the whole time and you can gauge your pace against others naturally. Aid stations appear frequently around the loop, so you are never far from water.
The race is held at Russellville High School, with parking lot security provided by local police. Day-of registration is available, and chili is served after the run.
