About the North Carolina Springs Classic & The Fest
The course runs through downtown Holly Springs, starting and finishing on Main Street in front of a local running shop. The longer distance dips onto a wide mulch trail around Bass Lake for a stretch, so you get pavement for most of it and a softer surface through the trees near the end. Several distance options make it work for a range of paces and goals.
Packet pickup happens the two evenings before the race at the running store on Main Street. After the race, the fest takes over downtown with food trucks, vendors, and live entertainment, so there is reason to stick around once you finish.
