About the Fall 2026 Kids Fun Run & 3K
This is a youth running program based at Jones Park in Holly Springs, designed for kids in the elementary-age range. Sessions are game-based, with coached workouts that lean more toward play than drills. The season wraps up with a 3K race, giving kids a real finish line to work toward.
The program runs weekly through the fall, meeting in the afternoon at Jones Park. Triangle Run Smart Training leads the coaching, with a local running store and a physical therapy practice contributing educational content alongside the workouts.
