About the NM HOBBLER GOBBLER THANKSGIVING DAY RUN: 10K, 5K, 2-MILE WALK and KIDS K

The race starts and finishes at Loma Colorado Park, right next to the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center. The courses are new, and the distance options stretch from a kids run up through a longer road race, so families tend to spread across the morning. Portable toilets are near the start and finish, and the gun goes off on time, so seeding yourself early matters.

Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at a New Balance store. Race-morning pickup is available for out-of-town participants at the park. Parking is available at the Aquatic Center, the library just northeast of it, and the Performing Arts Center, which sits closest to the longer-distance start lines.
