About the Never Ending Nolte 6-Hour
The course loops Nolte State Park on crushed gravel and packed dirt, with very little elevation change and few roots or rocks to navigate. It is a timed format, so you run as many laps as you can manage, and the route is short enough that you pass the aid station frequently. The aid station carries water, electrolytes, and the usual ultra snacks.
The park has a large lot, and road parking is also available nearby. A Discover Pass is required to enter, and the gate opens at a set time in the morning. Dogs are welcome at the finish area on a leash, but cannot run the course with participants.
