About the Neuse River Bridge Run 2026
The courses run over bridges and through historic streets in New Bern, with the longer distances crossing the wide span over the Neuse River and all timed events crossing a bridge over the Trent River before winding through downtown. The finish is on East Front Street along the riverfront. The race raises money for a handful of local nonprofits, which collectively receive all net proceeds.
Packet pickup is at the Riverfront Convention Center the evening before the race, with a second window available on race morning before your wave starts. The kids' fun run checks in at Union Point Park the evening before, where volunteers lead warmups and games ahead of the start.
