About the National Parkinson's Institute: Walk to End Parkinson's
The route runs through Seneca Park, following a loop that works for walkers, wheelchair users, and stroller pushers alike. The course is accessible throughout, with golf cart support available on the route. Food trucks and vendor booths set up nearby, and the overall feel is closer to a community gathering than a timed race.
Check-in opens before the walk starts, so there is time to settle in. The event is tied to the National Parkinson's Institute, which runs local programs in Louisville, and many participants come as teams or in honor of someone. Pets are welcome on the course.
