About the Napa Half Marathon
The course runs through the rolling hills east of downtown Napa, starting at Skyline Park and winding through vineyard-lined neighborhoods on quiet country roads. The terrain is hilly and rural, with more curves than straightaways. Deer along the route are common enough that regulars mention them without surprise.
There are several distance options, both starting from Skyline Park. Post-race, there is wine at the finish, which fits the surroundings about as well as anything could.
