About the Napa Valley Turkey Chase
The course runs a counterclockwise loop around the college campus, then picks up the Napa River Trail heading south. Both distance options share this stretch of paved trail before splitting at a baseball field to finish behind the college track. The surface is smooth throughout, and the route is flat with no real climbing.
The start and finish are in a parking lot behind the college track, which also serves as the staging area for packet pickup and day-of registration. There is no parking in that lot itself, so plan to park elsewhere on campus and walk over.
