The race runs through Cauley Creek Park, on a certified course that qualifies as a Peachtree Road Race qualifier. The park setting keeps things shaded and off busy roads, and the course is flat enough to draw both people chasing times and people out for a morning walk.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon before the race at a New Balance store in Alpharetta, with bib pickup also available at the park on race morning. Food and music are part of the post-race scene, and the event benefits Mustard Seed Communities.
