About the Monster Mash & Dash 5K Glow Run

The course runs through Coldstream Research Park after dark, which means you are moving through a research campus at night with glow gear on. The route is flat and quick. Costumes are encouraged, and there are prizes for the best dressed. A Trunk or Treat follows the races, so families tend to stick around after.

Packet pickup is at the dog park on the race venue grounds, on the afternoon before the start. The whole evening leans into the season, with music and food on site.
