About the Miles for Motion + 5k Color Run 2026
The course runs through Forsythe Park, a public park in Monroe. Color powder gets thrown at runners along the way, so expect to finish a different color than you started. The park setting keeps things open and easy to navigate, and the morning includes vendor booths, face painting, and a kids area alongside the run itself.
Check-in opens before the start. Local businesses set up booths around the park, so there is something to browse after you cross the finish. The race is put on by physical therapy students at the local university, and proceeds go toward their community outreach work.

The Miles for Motion + 5k Color Run 2026 has been held every year since at least 2025. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
