About the Miami Valley School Run for the Rams 5K
The course starts on a school campus, heads out into a nearby residential neighborhood, and turns around at a working farm before looping back the way it came. It is an out-and-back, so the return feels familiar, and the farm at the midpoint gives the route a genuinely rural stretch in the middle of an otherwise suburban run.
The race is timed to coincide with the school's homecoming, so there is plenty happening after you finish. Soccer and volleyball matches get underway nearby, and a family activity zone stays open through the afternoon. The post-race scene on campus gives you a reason to linger.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Miami Valley School Run for the Rams 5K has been held every year since at least 2025. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Sep 10, 2026.
