About the Medford Lakes Colony Turkey Trot 5K
The course is USATF certified and runs through the borough itself, so you are moving through neighborhood streets rather than a park loop. The race is named for David Nimmer, and net proceeds go toward a charitable trust that funds accessible entrances to buildings, beaches, and pavilions around town. It has been going long enough to feel genuinely rooted here.
Packet pickup is the evening before the race inside Vaughan Hall, with a second window on race morning. Donation boxes for the local Lions food bank are set up at both pickup spots, so bringing a non-perishable item is easy to work into the plan.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Oct 18, 2026.
