About the MCRRC Seneca Creek Greenway Trail Marathon & 50K
The course follows single-track dirt trails through Seneca Creek State Park, rolling over hills with enough elevation to keep it honest. Mud, roots, rocks, and slick water crossings are part of the deal, especially in winter conditions. The trail itself is the draw, winding through some genuinely pretty wooded stretches along the Seneca Creek Greenway.
Packet pickup happens race morning at the start area, so no separate trip the day before. Parking is at the Nuthatch Pavilion lot and along the entry drive inside the park, with volunteers directing traffic. Runners can leave a drop bag at the start, which gets shuttled out to an aid station on the course.
