About the McKinney Monster Dash 5K

The Monster Dash runs through Bonnie Wenk Park, so expect paved park paths and open green space rather than road racing. Costumes are part of the deal here, and there is a costume contest at the finish with prizes, which gives the morning a distinctly Halloween character that goes beyond a seasonal color scheme.
