About the Marlborough Mad Dash 5K
The course winds through rural roads outside of town, rolling over hills edged with stone walls. Mount Monadnock sits in the background for much of the run. The terrain is honest, with enough climbing to earn the word challenging, and the scenery makes up for it. Age group prizes go deep into the field, so there is real competition at most paces.

The Marlborough Mad Dash 5K has been held every year since at least 2019. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
