About the 17th Annual Mardi Gras Madness 5K/10K!
The course rolls through residential paseos and over bridge overpasses before picking up a riverside trail. The longer distance adds a stretch of dirt equestrian path midway through, so the terrain shifts underfoot as you go. It is a certified course, timed with chips, and the surroundings feel suburban but open.
Packet pickup runs the day before at a shopping center courtyard in Valencia Town Center, with race-morning check-in available as well. After the race, the same venue hosts a beer garden, food, a costume contest, live entertainment, and a silent auction.
