About the Maranatha Christian's: It’s a great day to run! 5k
The course runs over a school's home cross country terrain, so expect a natural, unpaved feel rather than a road race. There is also a short kids' run around a pond on the same grounds, making it a morning where families tend to spread out across the property watching different age groups go.
Packet pickup happens race morning at Zarda Farm, and the organizers suggest arriving a bit early to collect your bib before the start. Proceeds from the race support the school's athletic programs.
