About the Manasquan Beach Fun Run/Walk & Party
The course runs mostly on the local streets of Manasquan, with a stretch along the beach walk and a short section on the sand itself. Running on the beach in winter means cold air and firm sand underfoot, and the ocean is right there. The race benefits a local charity that helps neighbors with food, health, and financial needs.
Packet pickup happens the evening before at Leggett's Sand Bar on First Avenue, with pickup available again on race morning before the start. The post-race party is at Leggett's as well, with a free buffet and an awards presentation.
