About the Lucky 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Canton
The race runs through Etowah River Park on terrain that is hilly by honest North Georgia standards. There are real climbs out there, but nothing that stops you cold. The half marathon covers the loop a couple of times, so you get to know the route. Water stations are self-serve and spaced out, so runners who want to push the pace may want to carry hydration.
Packet pickup opens at the race site on the morning of the event, about an hour before the start, so you can roll in, grab your bib, and get ready without a separate trip the day before.
