About the Lucky 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Albuquerque
The race takes place at Mariposa Basin Park on a flat, fast course. The longer distances run multiple loops, so you pass familiar landmarks more than once and get a feel for the terrain early. Self-serve water stations are spaced throughout, though the gaps between them are long enough that some runners prefer to carry their own hydration.
Check-in opens at the race site on the morning of the event, giving you time to get sorted before the start. The organizers note they may add an early pickup option if it becomes available, but the default is morning only.
