About the Liver Run 5K
The race winds through Glasgow Park, raising money for organ donation awareness in honor of a runner who received a life-saving liver transplant from his brother. The course is a park route, so expect paved paths and open grounds. The cause gives the morning a specific weight that most local races do not carry.
Bib pickup runs the morning of the race at the park, wrapping up right before the start. Parking is plentiful on site; the lot near the tennis and basketball courts is the recommended spot.
