About the Lifeline's Run for One 5K
The course runs through Veterans Park on Valleydale Road. The terrain is typical of a suburban park setting, and the route is straightforward enough that families with younger runners tend to show up alongside those chasing a time. Awards go out to top finishers and age group placers, so there is real competition at the front if you want it.
Packet pickup happens the day before at TrakShak, a local running store. Race morning at the park includes food trucks, bounce houses, outdoor games, and live music, so there is plenty going on after you finish.

The Lifeline's Run for One 5K has been held every year since at least 2023. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
