About the LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run
The course runs through the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, so the surroundings are more interesting than a typical road race. Animals and enclosures line the route, and families tend to be out in force. After finishing, runners can stay and walk the rest of the zoo grounds for the day, which makes the morning stretch well past the finish line.
Packet pickup opens before the start on race morning, so there is no separate trip the day before. The post-race area has a health and wellness fair with booths from local organizations, plus music and snacks.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
