About the Lederhosen Lauf 5K
The course winds through the streets around the Athenaeum before looping back to GermanFest, the foundation's main fundraising event. It is a city route, so expect pavement and intersections rather than trails or parks. The finish drops you right into the festival, which makes the end of the race feel more like an arrival than a stop.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the Athenaeum, with race-morning pickup also available at the same location before the start.
