About the Kick for Kenya 5K
The course runs out and back along a bike path, turning around at a highway junction. It is flat the whole way, paved, and open enough that you can see runners ahead and behind for much of the route. Marshal coverage at intersections keeps traffic from interrupting the flow. There is an aid station near the turnaround, and post-race food waits at the finish.
Packet pickup is offered at a local running store the evening before and at the start venue on race morning. The start and finish are both in the church parking lot, which closes to cars before the gun goes off, so parking is across the street at a neighboring church. Carpooling is encouraged. Awards follow shortly after the top finishers come through.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2026 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Kick for Kenya 5K has been held every year since at least 2022. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
