About the Kelsey Bradley Favrot Memorial Run & Walk
The course runs through Audubon Park, one of the more pleasant places to cover ground in New Orleans. The route is shaded and relatively flat, with the park's trees and open lawns around you for most of it. The race honors a woman who fought brain cancer and worked to bring neuro-oncology care closer to home for patients in the region, so the crowd tends to carry that weight quietly.
Packet pickup opens race morning, with late registration available until shortly before the start. Street parking along Magazine Street is an option, though some nearby zones are tow-away, so read the signs. Jambalaya and beer are at the finish.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Kelsey Bradley Favrot Memorial Run & Walk has been held every year since at least 2023. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
