About the Judgment Day Half Marathon, 10K & 5K Run/Walk

The course starts and finishes inside Sam Lynn Ballpark, heading east along the paved Kern River trail before branching onto dirt paths through the Panorama Vista Preserve. The longer distances include a sustained climb up a closed road to the bluffs above the river, with open views at the top before sweeping back down to the trail. The shorter distance stays flat on the paved river path.

Packet pickup happens at the ballpark the day before, with race-morning pickup opening well before the start. Parking at the ballpark is free. After the race, there is a hot breakfast, fruit bars, and a beer garden on site.
