About the Jog with a Frog 5K & 1 Mile Walk
The course starts on the grounds of the homeless shelter the race benefits, heads out onto neighborhood streets, and follows a there-and-back shape through a residential stretch. The route passes a corporate campus entrance on the return leg before looping back through the shelter's driveway to finish. The terrain is paved and flat throughout.
Parking is in a corporate lot just west of the shelter on Freedom Road. Registration and bibs are handled at the shelter on race morning before the start.
