About the 30th Annual Jingle Bell Run
The route runs through downtown Nacogdoches, passing the storefronts and streets of what bills itself as the oldest town in Texas. It starts outside a cafe and stays on pavement the whole way, flat enough that most people are done before the morning gets going. The holiday theme is real, not just a name.
Packet pickup the evening before is at a counseling office on South Street, with a second window on race morning near the start. The cafe at the starting line means there is somewhere warm to wait if you arrive early.
