About the Jingle Bell Jog
The route runs through downtown Longview, so you get storefronts and street crossings rather than trails or a park loop. It is a holiday-season race put on by a children's theatre as a fundraiser for the arts, and that shows in the crowd. The pace tends toward the celebratory and the field skews family.
Age group awards for the longer distance and overall awards for the shorter one come from a local espresso bar and creamery downtown, which gives you a reason to stick around after you cross the finish line.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Oct 25, 2026.
