About the Jersey City's Turkey Day 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run
The course runs along the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway, starting and finishing at the Colgate Clock. It heads north along the waterfront, looping around a couple of piers before reaching a turnaround near a merchant ship propeller. The path is paved and open, with views of Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty across the water the whole way.
Early packet pickup is the evening before at a medical center on Greene Street. Race-morning pickup is not mentioned, so the evening option is worth taking seriously.
