About the Island Vines 10K & 5K

The course runs along West Shore Road at a vineyard outside of town, so you get water views and rows of vines rather than pavement and parking lots. The route is open to runners and walkers, and wheelchair athletes are welcome too. There is also a short kids loop around the vineyard for younger ones.

A portion of proceeds goes to a local organization that supports elders and people with disabilities in the county. After the race, there is a food truck on site, and stemless glasses are available at the finish area.
