About the 26th Annual Irvington Turkey Trot

The course winds through the streets of Historic Irvington on Thanksgiving morning, passing through established neighborhoods with the kind of character that older small towns tend to hold onto. The route offers a shorter and a longer option, so people run whatever suits the day. A children's dash runs at the commons for the youngest kids, no signup needed.

A portion of what the race brings in goes to animal welfare organizations in Lancaster County, which gives the whole morning a bit of extra purpose. There is no race-day registration, so coming in with a bib already in hand is the only way to line up.
