About the Irish Jig 5K Run and Walk

The Irish Jig starts in front of a library in East Grand Rapids and benefits cancer research and care through Corewell Health. The course draws a broad crowd, including stroller walkers who go off last, and a separate kids' run follows on a nearby track. The race also hosts a Health and Wellness Expo alongside the main event.

Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at a Corewell Health sports medicine facility, with race-morning pickup available at the East Grand Rapids High School gym, where awards are also held afterward. Bibs are assigned on the spot, and you can pick up for someone else just by giving their name.
