The course runs along a greenway and road through Statesville, with no dogs permitted on the route. Participants are asked to bring canned goods or gently worn shoes and clothing for two local ministries, so the donation table at the start tends to fill up quickly.
Bib pickup happens on race morning at a soccer complex before the start. There is no separate day-before pickup to plan around.
