About the Huntertown Turkey Trot Fun Run

The course runs through the Huntertown Community Interpretive Park on mowed grass, cross-country style. It loops the park a couple of times, starting and finishing at a historical marker. The terrain is mostly flat with very little climbing, and the surroundings are open parkland worth taking in as you move through.

Local food trucks set up after the race, so there is reason to stick around. The park itself is worth exploring once you are done running, and the finish-line area near the historical marker gives you a good starting point for that.
