About the 2027 Hot Cocoa Races

The course starts near a building inside Olander Park, crosses a main road into a residential neighborhood, picks up a paved trail, and loops back through the park around the lake to finish where it began. The longer distance continues further out on the trail before rejoining the return route. Terrain mixes streets, a multi-use trail, and parkland.

Packet pickup runs on two evenings before race day, one at a local running shop in town and one at the park building where the race starts. There is also a limited race-morning option for those coming from farther out.
