This is a structured training program built around a local marathon, half-marathon, and shorter race as its target events. Pace groups are organized so runners at different levels train with people near their ability, and each group has its own dedicated coach. Beginners working toward their first half-marathon can follow a run-walk plan with a coach matched to that approach.
