About the Hope Women's Center Walk For Life
The course runs through Doodle Park, a named trail park in Pickens. The route is certified, so the distance is measured precisely. The race benefits a local pregnancy care center, which gives the morning a purpose-driven feel that draws families alongside solo runners. Age group awards go several places deep, so there is real competition if you want it.
Packet pickup happens at two locations on the evenings before the race, one at the women's center and one at the park itself. Race-morning pickup is also available at the park, though the organizers ask you to plan ahead and pick up early if you can. The start and finish are both at Doodle Park.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a small, friendly field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Hope Women's Center Walk For Life has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
