About the Hope Run For Hunger 5K 2027
The Hope Run for Hunger is held in Plano and benefits a local hunger relief organization. Dogs on leashes are welcome on course, and the park setting is open enough that the organizer encourages blankets and lawn chairs for spectators. The route is a standard road distance with a water station along the way.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at The Source of Hope on West Parker Road, with race-morning pickup also available. After the run, lunch is served, and there is an Easter egg hunt for younger kids along with a full awards ceremony. The morning is built around sticking around after you finish.
