About the Hope Center for Children Family Fun 5K
The course starts and ends at the Greek Village on a college campus, so the surroundings feel familiar and walkable rather than remote. The race benefits a local children's nonprofit focused on family stability and abuse prevention, which shapes the tone of the morning. A food truck is on site, and there are outdoor activities for kids after the run.
Parking is available at a couple of lots on campus, identified by street address in the race materials. Bib pickup opens on race morning before the start. Results are emailed out after the event rather than posted on-site.

The Hope Center for Children Family Fun 5K has been held every year since at least 2025. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
