About the Hope and Heroes Run
The course runs through Marymoor Park, following paved paths among open fields. It is flat and stroller-friendly, which fits the spirit of the day. Costumes are a big part of it, so expect capes at the start line and plenty of small superheroes alongside the adults. The race supports PANS and PANDAS awareness, and that cause is present in the atmosphere.
Packet pickup and check-in happen at the park on race morning. There are several distance options, from a short kids dash to a longer run, plus a non-timed stroll for anyone who wants to be part of the event without racing. A costume contest runs alongside everything else.
