About the Homerun for Habitat 5K

The race is held at Silo Square, a mixed-use development across from Snowden Grove Park. It benefits the local Habitat for Humanity chapter, and the fundraising connection is front and center: this is as much a community event as a road race, with a kids dash and a fall festival running alongside it. Expect inflatables, games, and food from local restaurants filling the surrounding area.

Chip timing is handled by a professional timing company. Post-race, the festival atmosphere continues with music before and after the start. Age group awards go to top finishers in each category, and the fall fest gives families plenty to do while they wait.
